订的标间变成了亲子房，不就一张床大了点，好像我占便宜了，前台接待极度不耐烦。订单弄错了好像是我的错。位置不错，但除了位置没有其他亮点。房间的凳子脚是坏的也不换，自己打个补丁继续给客人用，人都摔了。阳台的灯是坏的。前台接待像欠她钱似的，不明白那么多的好评是谁刷的？
