酒店环境很好，内外部都给人一种很舒服的感觉，酒店干净整洁，前台的小姐姐很热情，服务态度很好，很少会写评论，主要是他家真的赞，推荐

客栈位置非常好，就在观景台边上，尤其是自家的观景台，比景区的观景还好。不足的是房被褥比较潮湿，电视打不开。

没有早餐，不能加床，房间有卫生间异味，我是拿纸巾放在马桶口上堵气味着，景区内摆渡车不能从门口到达观景台，提着行李真费劲，观景房竟然是一楼，窗户没有纱窗，有蚊子，被褥受潮，抱枕有些破，洗脸盆没使用但有头发，桌子太小，没地方放东西，灯光昏暗（这一点给老板反馈了，10分钟内整改完成），而且态度很好，有点安慰的是老板送了两瓶苏打水。建议老板亲自检查客栈卫生，马桶口安装防反味装置（网上一个两块），蚊香麻烦放未使用过的，相信整改后老板生意兴隆，财源广进。
