酒店在观景台下面，离得很近，就是路不好走，很窄，还有正在施工的客栈路过，从凯里南到苗寨须拼车每人50元，不太方便，酒店的房间很小，有蟑螂出没，前台服务员服务蛮主动，帮忙联系的车子。

服务周到，整体较好，尤其是在窗口观赏西江夜景和月色非常不错，但酒店卫生还有待进一步提高，酒店也不太好找。

在寨子里的酒店价格高，条件一般，住两天第二天没人打扫，觉得也就是农家院的级别。但是十一黄金周哪里都贵性价比低也是没办法的事

如果带行李不建议入住，要爬楼梯，快把人累死。最好还是住在北门或西门周边。虽然有电瓶车，但是乘车点之间还需要走路，且都是石子路。房间巨小，只不过抢了个特价，就算凑活吧。原价就不建议了。
