房间陈旧，卫生不想说，房门锁不了，用拉箱顶住房门住了一个晚上，房间没有电吹风（风筒），想打电话问前台，结果房间电话只是装饰摆设，只好去前台问服务员，服务员告知：“全部借完了，没有”。网上订了两间，每间标价是128元/间（网上及短信提示到店付2*128=256元），店里挂牌价也是128，结果买单结账时要收138元/间（硬要2*138元/间，实际共付278元），与前台理论没用，想想也就多付20元而已，算了。绝对没说假话，你们看着办吧。

网上预订说是可以在线支付，就用携程礼品卡支付了，晚上一点左右到店，带有孩子，结婚前台员工说他们酒店不支持在线付，只支持前台现付，说自己家酒店是私人酒店，老板年龄很大的来搪塞问题，如果不能在线支付网上就不要写能，到店已经很累了还要在大堂这样，第一次遇到这样的，真是糟糕透了
