酒店没有介绍中那么大气，就在路边很小的门面，驾车找了半天才注意到酒店，另外酒店非常斤斤计较，超过退房时间两分钟，前提是还给前台提前打电话说了因为上洗手间会耽误几分钟，最后死活还是多收了半天的房费，还有茶包，因为没有标价，一般酒店提供的茶包都是免费的，但是这家酒店在没有明码标价的情况下要求收10元的茶包费，相当无语，因此个人对这样的服务和处理事情的态度相当不推荐，如果其他人要入住的话一定要注意以上问题……

优点：有免费停车场，全新的装修，三星级的硬件，旁边就是剑河县城最漂亮的阳光广场，每间房还赠送2张温泉票（50元/张）。
缺点：服务质量有待提高，比如大部分服务员不会操作POS机，旅客不能刷卡消费，前台服务员业务不熟，办理入住的速度太慢。普标房间里没网线，前台要求客人自己到前台取，退房时再自己去前台退还。没有提供早餐服务。
