干净，但房间稍微小了些，这个价位对比其它的酒店，性价比稍逊一筹，另外要吐槽的是温泉，兴冲凉换好泳衣，三个巴掌大的小池子，只有一个里面有热水，而且池底一层黑色的东东，没敢泡，直接走人了。

房间不大，但布局非常有特色。整个酒店也有民族特色。前台女客服和其他服务人员态度很好，主动打招呼，有求必应。值得称赞。不足的地方就是早餐有待提高，感觉好像只有一轮，前面的顾客取完食物后，后面的顾客就没有了。另外，前台除女客服以外的其他客服还可进一步提高服务意识，比如客人到店后，如自己手上还有业务未处理完，可先招呼下客人，而非使客人在一旁傻等。总之此酒店有特色，值得推荐。

如果去过日本，香港或欧洲旅行，就会觉得，锦华酒店并不算太小。我最注重的床单被套有没有更换，该酒店的床单等显然是更换的，干净。位置极好，一出门就是商业街，停车也方便，早餐丰富，服务态度不错，性价比高，各方面都挺好。
