  第二个评价是店长介入后，整体呈现良好的沟通，晚上送了果盘，总体来说，服务属于没星级，不如东方，甚至不如经济连锁酒店，就是2000年前后的单体店标准！但硬件是比较好的，在天柱来说属于用心的，硬件不止价值这个价位，但是软件不值这个价位！希望能够持续进步！！

  酒店应该是天柱县城里最好的。 位于县城南部，交通很方便，到哪里都很近。 酒店停车场非常的方便，适合自驾游的旅客。 酒店设施足够新颖，不是县城风格，足以达到大城市酒店的装修和设施水平。 酒店餐厅位于顶层，景色很不错。 非常推荐入住。
