酒店地段尚可。服务没跟上。退房时出现了不愉快的一幕，服务员查房时说少了一个衣架，前台要我们陪十元钱。我们入住很晚，根本没用衣架，也没有去数房间究竞有几个衣架。十元钱是小事，但这是对客人的侮辱。我们提出要她们检查行李，最后前台说是服务员的问题，我们上房间问服务员，服务员说不是她管辖的房区，她也不知道。让人感到很无语。

非常差非常差，还四星级标准呢，简直就是招待所，房间狭窄满是灰尘，空调基本没用，几十年的老楼改建的全是霉味，服务也是其差无比，前台办入住爱理不理，我们进去看了一下就要求退房，居然还要收清理费！！
