18早上退房看房价却比17号我订时候便宜才两百没有到160起才。我17号订都是207起

当天酒店设备出问题，没有热水，早上没有早餐（住店客人太多，准备不充分）。硬件相当不错，但没有热水和没有早餐太失望了
