唉！想到过年本不应该给你一个差评，但不给你差评也太对不起自己和今后将入住的旅客。要热水没热水，明明订的房莫名其妙被降档次，前台服务还极差，对人爱答不理……房间条件设备破旧，空调无热风，居然连酒店最基本的热水都不能保证。其实就是一个农家乐，不适宜作为酒店居住使用。收费却是连锁酒店级别的档次，让人“流连忘返”~~我真想尽快忘记这段不愉快的居住经历……

一番波折后携程协调的房间，到达后感觉还好。第二天才发现整个酒店环境不错属于休闲渡假那类。有时间在酒店喝茶是个不错的好去处。

酒店位于金洲度假村内，有别墅，有楼阁，环境清幽，远离尘嚣。服务周到，还有免费的宵夜和早点，味道不错。居住地有流畅的WIFI，无论在餐厅还是客房都可以快速上网。唯一的美中不足是设备有些陈旧，更适合怀旧的老年人。
