优点：位置好，出门坐车方便。前台服务员服务质量很高，耐心周到。问题：洗澡水不好，可能是5楼的缘故水压太低，晚上没有洗成澡。卫生间下水道气味太大受不了。电梯还坏了，要爬楼梯到5楼。总之，宾馆设施老化需要投入重新装修了。不然，即使再便宜，没有好的入住体验，客源也会慢慢流失。衷心希望下次来兴义的时候能见到一个全新的盘江宾馆。
