原本在网上订好了，也打电话确认过了，到了酒店说是满房了。一问说是艺龙当天也打过电话叫留房，结果前台给忘了。大晚上到的，又把我们安排到了别的酒店，还幸好是刚好有最后一间房。第二天过来住，晚上电视卡到爆，基本没法看，工作人员来看了之后也没解决…新开的酒店，一切都有待完善。

该酒店设施比较新、干净，周边环境一般，一面靠近山一面靠近公路，去马岭河峡谷很方便。内部环境较宽敞。

环境卫生比较好，房间很宽敞，可惜周围配套半途而废，吃不是很方便，贵又不好吃。还有我网上订的是豪华标间，前台也说给的是豪华间，结果结账时打出来的是普通间，难怪没有电脑。钱却是网上订的豪华间的钱。真正可气，我也懒得跟她们理论，因为房间还行吧。妇幼出门，多一事不如少一事。
