首先，对携程网表示非常失望，第二次被放鸽子！到了驿站被告知没有我的订单！与携程工作人员沟通了许久才算住上。其次客栈与酒店差别很大，特别是洗刷间的洗澡与洗刷没有隔开，水多不方便。

订票时228元，当天入住变成218元，不含早餐，。房间都是蚊子，有点蚊香，设施劳损，柜子只剩一半，破旧，挨着公厕。服务态度好，自然环境赞。整体一般

通过携程预订的，结果办理入住的时候，服务员说没有收到订单！幸亏手机里有携程发来的信息，幸亏还有最后一间房，要不然就该露宿街头了！这种感觉很不爽！希望不论是携程，还是店家能给我们一个合理的解释！
