差差差！太差了！房间有异味，浴缸还有脏东西和毛发！酒店不讲诚信，说好退房给小朋友送一个娃娃，最后入到前台又说没有，本来春节开开心心出游，弄得小朋友不开心。还有客人被无故升价且不通知。欺骗消费者。这样的五星酒店真是呵呵。反正我不会再来。很不愉快的入住。

不来这里住了，是真的不会再来。房间有味道，浴缸里面居然有毛发！还有脏东西！说好退房的时候小朋友可以送个娃娃的，后来入到前台又说不能拿。搞得小朋友很不愉快。本来春节出游高高兴兴的！前台还看到有客人在理论无故不通知的情况下升价。很不满意，很不愉快的入住。这样不讲诚信欺骗顾客的酒店绝不会再来第二次！
