挂五星的酒店，位置好，去哪里都方便；硬件设施还可以，房间比较大；每天送两块旺旺饼干；服务就和五星级不配套了，我们一起行5人，两老人一小孩，行李比较多，门童没有主动帮忙拿行李；网络预订享受大堂吧30元消费券，入住时不会主动给，索要才给；连续住了三晩，每天服务员打扫卫生都不整理床铺，只是补充了赠送的水和洗浴用品；睡前赠饮只给一杯，双人房入住两人，给谁喝的？细节上还是考虑不周

承诺的服务礼包各种缩水。你不提他连给都不给。寝前饮品，三个人只给一杯，说第二杯要收费。专属儿童用品，说是要花钱购买的，也就是不提供。连续住三天可获房间升级，说第四天才可以升级，也就是没有升级的意思！入住时说房间打扫不出来，要晚上六点再过来入住登记，在强烈要求下，才提前到下午1:30。下次不会再住了，体验极差！
