  16层的房间依旧带给我大自然的惊喜，酒店管理人员解释説21层也发现了，是飞进来的，蟋蟀飞那麽高，闻所未闻。。。。没有处理，呵呵道歉就结束了。没有礼宾员的大酒店，要了一辆行李车，空车上来车送到房门口工作人员掉头就跑，再打电话才有人上来推行李车。。。。

  服务挺好的，前台热情周到，很积极，很有耐心。停车也很方便，有地上和地下的，都是免费停车。房间也很大，住的也很舒服。这边还有健身房和洗衣房，用起来都特别的方便。商旅出差，推荐入住

  晚上七点多到的酒店，突然的高温天气，刚进房间有点热，但是开了一会儿空调後，温度很快降下来了，期间和客服説了，上门很快，服务态度也很好，还问要不要换房，还赠送了早餐，总之很满意。特别表扬下前台的服务态度，酒店工程部的师傅，反馈问题反应很迅捷，值得推荐????

  ? 新华丽大酒店绝对是性价比之王！本人经常在携程上订机票、酒店，这样的配置在武汉至少是800朝上的，设施很新，高速无线网络，在任何地方信号足，用起来超顺手，办公休闲两不误。大堂装修很有格调，香氛让人一进门就放松下来～服务人员响应很快，行李帮忙送到房间 ??。地毯也很乾净，连电梯按钮都消毒得很到位。细节满分，强烈推荐给追求品质的旅行者！
