这个时间住这种酒店，基本就是被敲诈的感觉。只值100块的房间卖到了400，极其厌恶又极其无奈。

位置不错，去什么地方都方便。房间还可以比较宽敞，7月到青岛住这个价格还算适中。

地理位置很好，在湛山站下车走路几分钟就到了，走路离海边10分钟，是礁石的海边，可以赶海，再往前走就是第三海水浴场。酒店条件尚可，定的标间给免费升级成家庭房，正好三口人住，很满意哦。卫生条件还行，就是铺的地毯有些脏，好像不知撒了些什么，清洗不掉的，建议以后换地毯。热水不太好用，一会热，一会凉，很难调。中午退房后，儿子还想去海边玩，就把行李寄存在服务台，服务很热情，免费寄存，还很仔细的让本人写了一个寄存的详单，一人一份，这点很满意。离新湛路很近，吃饭方便，饭店下面还有几家挺干净的快餐，可以吃早餐和中晚餐。
