总体环境挺好，距离海边步行约二十分钟，整条街都是是欧式的小楼，适合拍外景

酒店设施不是一般的旧，厕所灯还坏了，屋内只有两个床头灯，可是只有一个有灯泡，毛巾的四边是包边了，还不干净，壁纸也翘起来了。方圆300米内吃饭地方不多，没有早点很不方便。就是里海边还算近，在八大关里，地理位置是唯一优点了

四人房，实际上是在阁楼，那叫一个简陋，那叫一个破败，简直就是以前用来囚禁人的房间。比如：墙纸都脱落了，颜色也就不说了。遮天窗的就一块绿色的破布，下角挂不住，只能给打个结。电视没声音，后来换了一个也要经常拍的。电源会经常跳闸，服务员给推上一次，后来就自己推了（电闸在出房门对面墙壁的一幅油画后面，把油画移开就看到了，很象找宝游戏）。空调室内机会滴水的。没柜子，衣服只能放在椅子上，再要做的话，就是两个小木凳了...不知道网站是否有现场查看过，第一次选择艺龙的产品，真的很失望。

整体挺不错。青岛旅游季住宿贵的有点离谱，酒店位置好，看上去原先应是招待所的，标间就是太老旧了，商家应好好装修“宾馆”了 ，服务挺不错。
