服务态度太差，和我预订的房型不同，给的是一个特别差的房间，我要求多次才给我换了一个房型，来这里必须态度强硬，否则和你预定的就不同。本来就不满意，只是不想来回换地方，出来玩的好心情全被破坏了，第二天在美团上预定的说要补差价，差价是房费的一倍，要不然就没有办法入住，果断换地方，一分钟都不想再这里呆了，如果不能美团你们也撤销不了，可以备注啊，别预订过了来句不能入住，或者加价，你们不想让住可以直接说明，青岛这么大地方，不是非要住你们家。而且位置特别不好找，出租车司机带我们找了好久才找到，房间洗澡的地方排水道堵塞，洗完澡房间里都是水，墙壁发霉，隔音效果不好，太吵。
