是个对小朋友很友好的酒店，有游乐园，还有小朋友拖鞋牙刷，服务员都对小朋友特别友好，跟小朋友玩，地理位置也不错，离万象城近，又没有临街，酒店设施比较新，还可以随时洗衣服很方便了

总的来説是一次糟心的入住体验。
设施：优点是房间挺大的，但瑜不掩瑕，隔音实在是太差了。虽然酒店也有意识到这点，在床头有标写隔音不佳可以提供耳塞，但对声音比较敏感的人真的建议避免选择这里。晚上隔壁打呼噜的声音听得非常清楚（这种问题也是没法和隔壁协调的，只能自己忍耐或者戴耳塞）。同时白天隔壁打扫的声音也非常非常大，各种挪家俱、吸尘器碰撞墙壁的声音非常吵，但凡是白天想在酒店里好好休息也是根本做不到的。
服务：能理解节假日出行高峯期酒店订房紧张员工忙碌，但服务实在是差劲：
1. 房间管理问题。正常两点入住，三点半抵达被告知房间还没有准备好，説给升级成城海景双人房（其实这对我们来説并不需要，当时我们已经非常疲惫了，只想先入住，但显然是并没有房间准备好给我们），説一个小时后准备好需要让我们等。我们迫不得已只能拖着疲惫的身躯去边上逛，后来直到五点才来电通知我们房间已经准备好了。如果是晚一个小时之类还可以接受，晚了整整三个小时是否是酒店管理有问题？
2. 服务问题。在我们第三点半到达被通知不能入职的时候前台人员承诺等房间准备好之后会把我们的行李放进房间，但等我们五点到达后被通知行李还未被送进房间，前台人员再次承诺行李会随后马上送来。我们进入房间后等了足足二十分钟行李都没来，打电话给前台后（另一个人接的电话），表示并不知道这件事情，我们需要再次和这位前台同步一下我们的需求。等最终行李被送入房间已是半小时之后。简直无法认可这是豪华型酒店的服务，令人十分失望。

I am writing as a traveller with a good experience in Yihai Garden hotel in Qingdao. I checked in first time with three nights for all visits in Qingdao and as planned left my two big luggages 29 inch at the hotel for storage. I went on in an adventurous mode to Yantai and Weihai for two nights.
After I returned from Yantai, I met up with the receptionist Zheng Ao Ying （郑奥莹） who helped me to arrange for re admission into the hotel. She did in a very timely and orderly manner and gave her the best she could. A big thank you to her and the hotel for such hospitality.
I am writing to encourage more travellers to travel in a more adventurous manner to see more of the cities in Shandong. With the help of the people like in this hotel I am sure things will mostly work out at the end.

酒店特别好，大堂很漂亮，设计人性化，前台小姐姐温柔可人，美丽动人，房间乾净整洁，早餐也特别好，衣服落在餐厅还帮忙收好，临走的时候还送了伴手礼，下次还会来的。。。

每次来青岛出差旅游都固定住颐海花园，价格合适，服务好，设施维护好。房间宽敞，淋浴水压好。酒店可步行万象城，很好解决了周末停车难的问题。距离五四广场地铁站非常近。
这次正赶上老公过生日，酒店帮忙提前布置了房间。准备了超大的果盘。入住从前台接待、带客指引到衞生打扫、退房伴手礼都周到热情。我和老公都非常感动。这次一楼还开设了专为小朋友的乐园。
这种有温度的服务是商务和国际连锁星级代替不了的。非常推荐。
