再一次遇见Tami小姐，非常开心，她总是很细心，很真诚，虽然跟她见面次数不多，但却能对她产生信任，她若一直在港丽，我愿意一直选港丽。
0620当晚值班的大堂副理的王先生帮我解决了在前台如住时的一个小误会，他一直全程陪同沟通，我很感动。
客房清洁比上次我入住时做得更注重细节。
请酒店对相关员工进行嘉奖，希望港丽有更多这样的员工。

孩子因为那两只可爱的熊熊一定要住港丽，而放弃港岛香格里拉。check in遇见美丽的Tami，亲切的笑容，标准的普通话，干练的动作，过程快而好，让做了12小时飞机的我们倍感亲切。来港前跟客房部的刘小姐通过一个电话，也感觉亲切。酒店让人有家的感觉是最大的成功，好的工作人员是酒店前行的必须，若有领导看到，希望能给予两位妹妹奖励。明天的客房清洁我也会留意，希望港丽越来越好，我也很期待下一次的入住。
