夜景很美，但是房间服务卫生不够，有点乱乱的。嗯，窗户就不是很干净，虽然外景漂亮，但是看不大清楚。嗯，楼下万达虽然有万达，但是吃的什么不算太好，感觉周围没有建设好匆匆开业，很多灰尘。

位置离万达茂很近，购物方便，非常好。来到这儿住宿价格又便宜，然后呢空气又好，然后离青岛也不远，大家可以过来住。这里的东方明珠还没有去逛，就说他挺不错的，然后准备上午去看看走的就可以过去，所以呢这里大家可以来玩儿。

这是我们入住过的最差的酒店公寓，没有之一。墙上掉皮，没有电磁炉，我们住的大床房，卫生间干湿不分离，洗澡的水直接溅到马桶上，没有架子可以放洗发精沐浴露，直接放马桶上，很不方便。朋友住的标间卫生间是干湿分离的。这都不算大问题，糟糕的是卫生状况太差了，窗台床头柜下全是灰尘，洗脸台全水渍，朋友还说她们房间洗脸台上有头发，真是很糟糕的入住体验。价格不便宜，设施不齐全，但起码卫生请搞好。这是最基本的要求。
