开房进门16度，打给前台说空调预热要半小时，后边就暖和了，服务员说没早通知入住，早通知就提前供电供暖了。从下午6点开房开到第二天早上是下图温度，直接冻感冒了。退房和前台抱怨，前台回复早说就好了，给你送台电暖气，这设施都常备，看来是知道自己空调不行啊。想骂人，所有的回复都是“早知道早知道”，早知道这服务和设施情况我也不来住啊！

房间非常大，自助早餐品种多，非常好，周围很热闹，就在利群商场旁边，应该是非常方便了。败笔是卫生间的地砖，有点自来脏的样子，淋浴时不注意的话会有水流到卫生间里。总的来说还是不错的！
