这个酒店是我整个行程中最不满意的（只是距青岛北站稍近，其他真的如店名一样属于四流）。撇开他价格最贵不说（398，其他酒店都是两、三百的，其中在火车站旁边非常便利的挂牌四星金海大酒店也才340多）。我开始在厦门住了一个橘子精选酒店（靠近机场的成功大道店）感觉非常好，所以在青岛住了两晚金海之后就换到这家，没想到种种不满。首先前台服务态度就不行，表情冷漠，我原以为订的榻榻米房是有床和榻榻米的，当得知只有一张榻榻米的时候想说要升级，服务员带我看房，我摸一下床垫，被很不友好地制止。只有中间一个电梯能用，也没有提醒我们，害我们从另一台电梯上了又下不来，浪费了不少时间。订房时说好有2罐啤酒送的，没有见到，打电话到前台催问，也没有让人送过来，直到第二天我退房的时候，还要我问他们才给。表扬一下四楼的一位阿姨（忘记问她名字了），提供了不少衣架和夹子给我们在天台凉衣服。

这样的亲子房，居然就是在大床的侧方抽屉处加了个小床，而且卫生差到极点，真不知道携程上4.9分的好评是从何而来。
