很幸运这次选择了海景花苑酒店。两位九十岁的老人非常满意各方面的服务，入住时前台通知服务员对房间做防滑处理，第一天晚上服务员发现老人在贴膏药，马上送来免费使用的治疗仪。早餐时一位姓时的餐厅主管搀扶陪着老人选餐、送咖啡。每次进出时，门迎的帅小伙跑前跑后开车门、搀扶。所有工作人员都值得称赞。

特别要点赞酒店的服务。每晚根据住客的不同情况，送点心、牛奶、酸奶或银耳汤，小礼物和手写留条很温馨。看到我们洗了衣服马上拿去免费烘干，有任何需求立即回应。房间设施也不错。
