Me and my husband stayed in the Guest Room and it’s even more beautiful than in the photos! Huge room, impeccable attention to detail, we loved it so much we only took pictures of the artwork behind the bed. The bathroom area was really big, and I really enjoyed the rainfall shower.
There was a tea set in the room, great breakfast and delicious afternoon tea on the first floor.
The staff was extra friendly and super attentive, always going out of their way to make sure we were happy and comfortable.
Absolutely loved our stay here!

这个酒店已经是第三次入住了，个人感觉还是挺不错的，里面有很多温馨的小角落设计的特别好。天冷了，还有姜茶喝喝，特别的棒。

1st day arrival and early check in was a breeze as there was no need to wait. Room was available and clean and big. Housekeeping ladies would call to check if room needed any cleaning on a daily basis.
Nearby plenty of food and convenience stores plus Wanda mall where you can get anything (supermarket in basement).
A special thanks to 小刘 the hotel's wechat app that provided all my needs. Especially in assisting me in returning packages and tracking lost items. The staff took time and was patient in solving my delivery issues.
This hotel has everything you need if not more. Will definetely return to stay again.

很好很不错，房间很大，前台小姐姐很好。位置很方便，在万达广场旁边，附近有很多好吃的美食，房间很大超乎我的预料了。

服务特别好，前台一个姐姐态度很好，就是可惜没看她叫什么，只能笼统称赞了。办理入住还有热毛巾和小吃。房间也特别好，性价比很高

就在万达的对面，商场外面还有各种小吃摊，吃饭什么的很方便，不需要点外卖了，抬脚就到。离地铁敦化路站也相对较近，到各景点地铁都能到。

刚到步前台有位?小姐姐真的很贴心，知道天气冷给你热茶，也递上瓶装水是热的，暖乎乎，这个举动很好。房间设备算是很齐全，就是房间灯比较暗了一点的。第二天才知道房间可提供下午茶，还有那些免费的水果，原来前台另一位小姐姐在服务过程中没有説明过，反正过来两天时间比较紧凑，这些小错误就那刻不多去查问了，反没有享用这些小福利。但我对房间都比较算满意！
酒店位置方便，周边还有很多商场，找吃的选择多挺不错，出行便捷。

酒店位置非常好，虽説是市北区，周边万达，盒马，海底捞都是走路三分钟可到吧，附近也有啤酒屋可以体验，淡季价格非常香，非常之感谢前台刘姐给升级房间及管家小周入住三天的热情帮助～～～

此次出差入住离公司特别近，服务也很周到，尤其小佳，特别是给我升级了套房，房间很大很舒适，早饭也很丰富。美中不足是我对枕头要求很高，没有护颈记忆枕希望下次入住时有更多选择??

设施：很新 很符合年轻人审美 非常人性化
衞生：非常乾净 田姐（偷偷看是大姐名字是田改菊，必须好评！）收拾的非常乾净 服务态度超级好！
环境：房间大 宽敞 外面景色一览无遗 最主要还是商业区周边 游玩 吃饭很方便
