酒店的设施非常的齐全，包括游泳池，健身房，房间宽敞，酒店的衞生条件非常的好，性价比也非常的高，酒店的高区楼层还能看到崂山的美景，酒店还设定专属管家服务，管家服务热情周到，酒店正逢圣诞节，布置的也非常有氛围感真的是非常好的一次入住体验，给这家酒店点赞

A lovely hotel. We had a suite, which was spacious and had a lovely bath. The staff were helpful and friendly and the gym is wonderful.
I think they should vacuum more, the floors were needing it. Also there is no room service.

Isla Zhang is such a kind and helpful front desk staff member at this hotel. She went out of her way to assist me with everything we needed, always with a warm smile and a friendly attitude. Her professionalism and genuine care made our stay incredibly comfortable and memorable. I highly recommend staying here not only for the great facilities, but especially for the wonderful service provided by Isla!

The location was not ideal, but far from city center and not so many shops around.
But amazing rooms.

Clean and beautifully set room with great view. I was surprised with welcome drinks and fresh fruits on the table. Water in the swimming pool was warm and there are multiple lanes so poeple can play amd swim at the same time. Every staff was kind, and speaks English well so I had no problem communicating with them. Especially I would like to thank Rex. I left one of my stuffs in the room, and he handled the problem with such kind attitude. I truly enjoyed staying at this hotel.

There’s a mini refrigerator in the room. However cooling or freezing beverages seems impossible.
It is quite annoying that many children with their impolite parents make the lobby, public areas and room floors extremely noisy during the Chinese public holidays.
After checking-out, I received phone call from the staff who asked me to post a five-star comment on Ctrip with the contents she provided. I believe that everyone who can see this kind of comment could verify that it was not a true comment written by the guests themselves. I don’t think the comments of this hotel shown on Ctrip are genuine. It is obviously that this kind of comments may mislead others.
