房间地面看起来有污迹，像是没打扫乾净一样，酒店设施稍显陈旧。位置很偏，附近周边没有商圈。早餐一般。唯一的优点就是离球场近，离海也近。

周边配套较少，只有底楼一个小便利店。离球场很近，我们过来看球，步行十分钟就能到达了。叫外卖方便，过马路就到海边。叫网约车需考虑提前量，比较难叫车。

看球赛找到了这家酒店，距离西海岸球场步行15-20分钟果断下单，虽然地理位置比较偏但是对于客队球迷来説是比较方便的，酒店自助早餐中的土豆炖牛肉棒棒哒！站在阳台可以直接看到大海和栈桥，穿过马路就可以到达海边哦。

总体的感觉还算挺不错的，一楼大厅有专门的青岛特产专卖店。门口有很多的停车位，很多人在这里拍婚纱照。距离海边很近。

首先先感谢前台服务员把我们大床房升级成亲子房；但是还是要吐槽一下：1、所谓行政海景房开的五楼，前面被工地遮挡，等下楼准备去吃饭发现有更高的楼层，前台説因为我入住时没有要求所以不能换房，所以大家以后要六层以上可能景色会好一点；2、走廊装修味道大，二个房间都有漏水；3、衞生较差，低头捡东西发现床下有拖鞋和饮料瓶；4、亲子房阳台门被锁着，找前台説服务员来可以开锁，结果服务员看了一眼就去找钥匙，然后一晩上没有人来打开，一晚上不能开门通风；

优点：房间面积大 僻静 窗户可见海和大珠山 去西海岸足球场步行可达
缺点：衞生没有做好 楼道脏 好像住着一羣参加体测的体育生 楼道挂满臭衣服 外卖垃圾无人处理 到处有碎屑 与洲际集团并无合作关系却挂着假日酒店的招牌
