Stayed here for the Qingdao Beer Festival. I think the staffs on the front are not that kind as much as they were supposed to be.
They gave us a wrong room. When we ask for changing it to the room we booked type, their face was like I was bothering them and never said sorry.
It was very interesting experience.
BTW, the facilities and so on are quite good, Clean lobby, fancy elevator (not cleaned window though), good location, comparatively reasonable price, these are their good virtues.

房间很不错，停车非常方便，周边吃饭也很方便。酒店属于新酒店，床单被罩很乾净。就是晚上的空调有一些噪音。

各方面都挺好的，住起来很舒服，免费升级了房型，还给宝贝准备了小童用品，早餐也中规中矩，打扫衞生的小哥哥特别贴心，下次来青岛玩还住这儿

每次来黄岛都是住在这里 交通方便 价格合理 这次来真的是震惊到了 我们都服务人员竟然把没来得及收起来的袜子给洗了 还放置了晾衣架 真的是又感谢又不好意思 简直太贴心了 不知道该説些什么了 非常感谢我们21层贴心的服务人员小段 谢谢你的贴心和细心?谢谢??

定的A座，如果不是很在意装修，那就是性价比之王了，老牌正四星，停车免费，大堂豪华，服务周到，黄金周300+的四星酒店。A座是老装修，颇有年代感，在A座楼上，电梯，走廊碰到的都是带娃来青岛玩的家庭游，看来大家都很认可这里。B座应该是新装修。
毕竟是四星酒店，能带给你自然的踏实感。

Beautiful hotel. Breakfast is amazing and the staff are polite. Easiest way to get there from airport if you download the China DiDi App and load your overseas credit card to it. Central and accessible to everything. There’s a massage just down the road on the right. AMAZING. Thank you for having us.

Big building, they have their own gym and pool. I was surprised how many stuff they provide in the room, like a weight, a sewing kit, a magnifying glass. The hotel mainly occupied by people who came for business. Walkable distance to the seashore. Recommend to stay!
