Liam, Alice all were awesome ?? and got a great service by them. Only one thing was unacceptable that the chefs/ cooks in the breakfast seemed ignorant , unfriendly and were not ready to make a simple omletee!

The hotel is a bit far away from the Qingdao downtown and all attractions. Apart from that everything else about the hotel was great. Would recommend it if someone is planning to stay in that area of Qingdao.

It’s been a very pleasant stay- the hotel staff are very polite and efficient when checking you in- so the waiting time is very short and they also do not hassle you during your stay which is great. The hotel room is spacious and clean, from the linens to the smell. The hotel also has a later checkout time (14:00) than most other hotels (12:00) and I got to extend my checkout out for free: I would recommend this hotel to anyone who is looking for an easy, carefree and comfortable stay.

This hotel is in remote place , no facilities near by ,no nearby restaurant and shops to buy things.
And it is not suitable for business travel.
Other facilities in inside hotel are OK . Staff are very gentle , take care well of guest.
