    Level
    等于是个人房屋出租，卫生条件有点欠缺。上下楼只有一张卡，很不方便。小区位置不错，离奥帆中心，五四广场很近。总之，这样的房间与800元的价格有点不值。

    是民宅，不是公寓。没有电梯，我们一帮朋友拎着沉重的行李爬6楼。楼道入口破烂不堪。当时不想入住了，但老板就是不给退。房间倒是又大又干净，有很多床。但只有一个卫生间，洗澡没有浴帘，洗澡的地儿地方被一个大洗衣机占着，热水器还算给力。浴室门把手是坏的，客厅沙发虽大但有一部分也是坏的。最后我们要的发票老板也没给。房间在一个居民小区内，小区位置不错离奥帆中心很近，当时就是为了这个位置定的房，看艺龙的照片还行，所以定的，到店时失望之极。
