隔音效果较差，半夜被吵醒了，好处是离办事的地方比较近，早餐较好。服务态度也不错。

服务态度不好，服务员只会说是因为什么原因出现问题，但没有解决的办法，感觉是在忽悠你，只有发气时才会给你解决。房间很小，而且空调声音很大，噪声大得让人没办法睡觉（你把空调关了，但其他房间如果开了空调噪声也很大）。交通一般，如果你不是因为特殊原因要住在嘉善路附近，建议你去其他的地方，像栈桥等等很多地方，青岛的商务酒店、宾馆很多，相对而言这里的价格偏贵，性价比不好。在这住了二晚，但都没休息好。
