  很成功的一次预订，干净舒适，有回到家里的一种感觉，服务人员态度很好，尤其是老爸老妈特别的满意，下次去还会选择这里。

  房间里的家具都是新的，味道非常大，害我自己动手把衣柜床头柜都推到客厅里，退房的时候又自己推回来。我住的房子在二楼，其实卧室的窗子也就是平时一楼的样子，害的晚上睡觉都不敢开窗子，害怕有人翻进来。石油大学店离公交站还挺远的，周边也没有什么吃饭的地方。另外我临出发的时候给客服打电话问坐什么车可以到，结果按他们客服说的地方到了，却找错地方了，是另外一个店，因为客服说的不清楚的原因，害的又自己打车到这个店。实在是不方便不说，而且那天到了在门口给客服打电话，打了半个多小时都关机，又打拜登的400，最后在大门口干干的等了四十多分钟，可怜最终等来客服却又告诉我们找错店了，可这个地方也是你们告诉我的呀~~~拜登的客服很少，客服都是要跑好几个店，离的还不近，所以基本住了四天，客服也没有见影，房子里连个拖把也没有，卫生纸用完了也要自己买~~~很不方便~~~

  管理不善，等待一小时才办完入住进了房间。发现房间里缺少卫生纸和拖鞋。发票需要后补寄送，但是我到现在还没收到发票，而且只能开租房不能开住宿。位置比较偏，不太好找。但是房间确实是超值。很大，和家一样。希望加强管理。但是拜登的附近的那家在喜来登的分店总体来说还是不错的。
