卫生间的牙具质量太差，牙垠都刷出出血了！前台大部分人服务态度不错，有个别人态度生硬，早餐订了两个人的，前台说必须登记俩个身份证，本来帮同事捎到公司都不行了！以前可不是这样，而且语气，态度很不好，客房的服务还不错

都不记得这是第几次入住该酒店了，但是遇到前厅的周娜娜经理感觉又像回到家一样熟悉，温馨。服务特别好，特别周到！周娜娜经理以专业，热情，周到的服务让我体会到出差在外的人能感受到像家一样的温暖，谢谢！
