真的很用心的一家酒店，从刚进大堂开始，有专门的迎宾帮忙拿行李领到总台，大堂音乐很热闹，有过年的感觉，还给了热毛巾擦脸，入住还送了青岛小食品，有人专门送我们到房间，送了免费水果，虽然就入住了一晚，但需要什么打个电话很快就能送到房间，因为没有用早餐，还送了一份打包好的简餐，有面包，苹果，火腿肠，鸡蛋，热牛奶和温矿泉水，还问了我们住店体验和建议，酒店设备虽然有些旧，但服务是真的很用心，下次来黄岛还会住这！

特别好的酒店，出行方便，地理位置优越，餐饮品种多样。前台的小姐姐小哥哥们总是面带笑容，服务亲切，入酒店就送了伴手礼，退房还送了一个新年的小福猪。从前台到客房服务都很贴心，自助早餐非常的美味。以后会推荐朋友入住。

除了电视不太清晰，网络信号稍弱（主楼633房间）以外，其他非常好。我原来定的副楼298的房间，由于装修，前台担心吵，给我升级到主楼，前台小哥非常热心。早餐比较丰富，各种水果，罐头，沙拉一应俱全。
