我是8月10日晚上通过E龙网上订的青岛地矿宾馆入住2205房间。一进房间就是一股霉味，到处脏兮兮的，晚上睡觉刚睡着就被蚊子咬醒，一夜未眠。宾馆大堂地面脏，门卫无人值守。青岛竟有这样的宾馆，E龙竞和这样的宾馆网联，做订房不得退房规定，我十分愤慨，无奈今天星期六，投诉无门，否则非告它。保留投诉权利。

位置不错，去哪儿都挺近！服务态度很好！但是老宾馆了，设施老旧，最不能忍受的是晚上窗外的嗡嗡声，也不知道是空调声还是其他声音，简直整晚睡不好啊！希望店家尽快查明声音来源，尽快解决问题！
