很棒的一次住宿体验，酒店古色古香，位于即墨古城内，游览古城很方便；酒店乾净安静，服务人员热情，入住当天国祺经理对晚餐和周边环境进行了详细讲解，前台林蓉蓉女士看到我们推轮椅出行，热心给我们带路，非常感谢！

带父母来即墨探亲，在网上看到这家酒店，选择这里是正确的。酒店在古城内，虽然古城有点冷清但是也安静，父母年龄大喜欢安静。房间明亮乾净，员工服务友善，在此很感谢国经理以及前台的员工，入住期间耐心帮我们讲解周边环境，很认真的在地图上画出景点，长者耳背问她那么多次问题，她也是耐心解答，退房时管家小林，珊珊还特意准备了即墨特产给我们，是一次难忘的旅行。

I chose this hotel as I was captivated by the lights and the night scene. It's within the ancient city. It took around 1 hr from the international airport to this place. Room was available and I was able to check in 9am plus. Room was as shown, traditional and beautiful including the whole hotel compound. It's like entering a work of art. The decoration was tastefully done and I love the vibes. However, the compound Jimo Ancient city is deserted and shops were mostly closed and nothing to shop. In the evening, it's like a ghost town, nothing at all.
Hotel is at East and we had to go leave the compound to get food and shopping in nearby areas; within walking distance of 30 mins. As the weather was cool, the walk was enjoyable.

Beautiful and peaceful hotel in the heart of the old town. Staff were friendly, too. Breakfast was great, offering a big selection. Although no washing machines were available for use, the AC could use a bit of maintenance as it was not working well enough to cool down the room from the summer heat.
PS: It was a shame to see the israeli flag in the breakfast area while there were no flags of bordering Middle Eastern countries around.

比较新的酒店，从停车场下面进来的，在古城里麪！很特别！硬件设施都不错！环境衞生都很好！服务得赞！提出需求及时解决！早餐超级棒！种类多、色香味俱全！值得推荐！！！唯一不好就是50～60平的空间住出了25平的感觉，功能区分割太乱了，这一块那一块，整体空间感略显压抑，可能这就是它的特色吧！

入住体验不太好，房间里的沙发非常脏，明显没清洁到位了。更让人失望的是，这间房的沙发没有靠枕，而我订的另一间同房型却有，这点让人难以理解。虽然大部分服务人员态度不错，但个别员工比较冷漠，询问问题时回应比较冷淡，影响了整体感受。希望酒店能加强衞生和员工管理，并确保房间配置一致，避免差别对待。

酒店座落在即墨古城，很特别的一个地方，好像几个朝代以前就有的名字。房间是有个接地气的院子的，住小区高楼层的人们，应该会感觉到新鲜吧！建筑宏伟，站在大厅前，老觉得身处盛唐时期。人人丰衣足食，家家美满幸福，户户钱财满贯。酒店的服务恰如其分，不多一分肥也不少一分缺，像杯果汁，不甜不腻，顺口。自助早餐多样，中庭有个热带雨林很帮助食慾，要不踩个刹车，吃多了又胖了。要是老觉得工作压力大，诸事不顺，出来走走，即墨古城君澜酒店是一个您可以考虑的选择。

酒店与即墨古城融为一体，古城风貌自不用说，酒店决定是到山东来即墨古城不二之选。酒店有足够的地下停车位置，自驾非常方便。酒店防疫措施到位，房间整洁干净舒适，在这里遇到的每一位工作人员都是微笑服务。当晚在酒店用餐，特别感谢当日领班国祺的用心安排。还有五福坊的服务人员，除了用心服务外，感谢她亲自把我们遗忘在厢房的包包亲自送到我手里。客房的工作人员，虽然我们未必碰面，但非常感谢你主动提供的晾衣车。谢谢你们所有人员的认真热情的招待，让我们在这个旅途中度过了一个最美好的时光。酒店景致绝不亚于古城，非常值得多住一些时日。
