位置和环境都很好，旅游区旺季比淡季价格贵近一半，这个离奥帆很近，周边商超较多，紧邻海信广场高端消费奢侈品牌，只能看看，酒店设施略旧，不过性价比好，公寓内没有厨具需租用，价格较不合适，没有洗衣机，有冰箱，下次还会考虑入住。

空间够大，位置够好，交通方便，缺点就是窗户是外推式的，建议装三片整体式纱窗，再就是洗手间下水，水下的非常慢，洗手间换气扇是坏掉的，而且没窗户，所以有点味儿

酒店设施偏旧，也就两个卧室里的还行，但是被子枕头的布料不软，主卧衣柜没有门，公卫的洗澡水不热，只能去主卫洗，主卫又特别小，刚去的时候还臭臭的，以这种价位的房间来说卫生搞得太差了，房间有送水和茶包，但是装茶包的小盒子都是带霉点的，厨房用具要提前订，租用要58一天，看那卫生都不想租了，阳台根本不能晾衣服，而且洗衣机还是坏的，唯一的优点是房间的wifi信号很好，下次旅游还打算住酒店公寓，但是绝不再选这家了！
