清明带家人再次入住就瑞吉酒店，疫情期间酒店各方面管理都让人很放心。瑞吉的管家式服务让父母也非常满意。这次接待我们的是Phillip ，晚上为我们准时准备了泡浴之外，起床以后又给我们准备了早餐的饮品，父母孩子都对他的服务赞不绝口，非常棒的入住体验，还会继续选择瑞吉。

瑞吉酒店的楼高独特性让他在青岛目前来说占据的海景景观可以说是独一无二的，整体入住的体验很好，尤其满意可看八大关的海景、洗手间的装修设置和美味丰富的早餐！
到店升级了天际海景大床房，Lobby负责接待的Nicole非常热情周到，人美心善，贴心地按照我们的喜好提供了最佳楼层和房型的选择，对于我们的各种答疑都非常耐心地解答，沟通特别愉快！
我们的管家是帅气的Andy，引导我们到房间，一路耐心介绍了酒店情况，对房间各种使用细节很详尽地给予了解说，亲自送来了欢迎水果、巧克力和手写的欢迎卡片，非常舒心愉快！
早餐我个人觉得是精致丰富的，品种足够，不在于多在于品质，早餐的每一位工作人员、各位主厨和料理师都很专业、热情，早餐非常愉快！
感谢Nicole和Andy两位在我们入住期间和入住后都给予了很大的关心和帮助！感谢早餐厅的各位工作人员为我们提供了周到细心专业的服务！

此次入住青岛瑞吉酒店，正值清明节假期，可以说酒店的入住率是很高的，在此情况下，管家Jimmy用他热情的服务欢迎了我们，而且很耐心的给我们介绍了房间的设施，管家部的总监May得知是我们是青岛本地人是为了来体验一下云端之旅，特此给我们升级了海景房间，当我们来到前台办理入住的时候，前台的Demo非常热烈的欢迎了我们的到来，同时前台的Eva还给我们特此赠送了早餐，当日的值班经理Ariel和首席管家Andy为了给我们带来更好的入住体验，特此想给我们升级套房，我们表示了感谢，但我们没有选择入住，总之青岛瑞吉酒店不负众望所归，酒店员工每一个人的服务都很好，尤其是管家的服务，让我们在云端度过了一次难忘的入住体验，以后还会再来入住的，值得推荐

The trip was supposed to be our anniversary celebration as a couple but it indeed up being a family staycation. The hotel staff made the most pleasant display in our room including chocolates, fruit, cake and an anniversary card. We were pleasantly surprised and my kids devoured the gifts.
The service was excellent, from the moment you enter the building to the moment you leave the building.
The facilities are amazing.
We were only sad because the swimming pool was closed due to the current Covid situation in Qingdao, however, everything else was above expectation. We have already informed many of our friends and they also want to live life on top of the world.
Thank you to Ms. Lui, Mr. Ike Philip and Dr. Cindy for an unforgettable stay.

首次入住青岛瑞吉酒店 凌晨到店 前台Eva服务非常不错 热情周到 所以做了续住 因为是来过生日的关系 管家总监May特意帮我安排了房间布置和欢迎礼品 很惊喜 也很感谢前厅侯经理跟前台Daniel 给我的瑞吉小熊 下次还会选择这里 非常愉快的一次入住 ！

住的是奥帆海景房，这个景色真的没的说，必须强推，和对象一起住的，感觉这边环境真的是青岛天花板了，早餐种类的话中西式都有，另外交通也很便利出门就是海边
