One of the worst hotels I visited in Qingdao started by turning off the phone in my face from the receptionist when I called to inquire about the hotel two hours before I arrived! Also, there is no English-speaking employee as stated in the hotel description!! And breakfast is not suitable for everyone, and I noticed a lot of complaints, but I ignored it until I went through the same situation, and this is a point to focus on!!
Also, I don't forget when I left the hotel, I was asked to pay for the amount of a can of water that I thought was part of the luxury, and because of the lack of sending water cans to our room, we used it, and its price was 49. Is it reasonable to book a hotel with such an assessment and the amount, and then ask to pay for this water can!!

facilities felt a little less than advertised, the site had photos of a swimming pool however on arrival they told us there wasn’t a swimming pool. The seaside is quite fun to walk along and it’s only 20-30minutes from the bathing beaches you can swim at.

很满意的一次住房，房间基本智能用品，窗帘灯光系统一键操作，房间用的拖鞋和浴袍真的很舒服，房间乾净整洁，设施齐全，风景非常棒，酒店也靠近海边，在房间也可以看到海！工作人员Grace.服务态度亲切周到。

设施：酒店就在极地海洋世界旁边，步行就可以畅玩极地三个馆，也可以做摩天轮
衞生：衞生条件不错，房间也挺大，智能化程度很高，床垫也挺舒服
环境：前台服务很贴心，值得二刷
其他：早上出门就是海，可以跑跑步，也可以带孩子去海边转转，周边还有小麦岛，点外卖啥的也方便

Beautiful hotel, gorgeous room with a perfect sea side view and great location. Lots of restaurants nearby and nice cafes by the sea. The staff was extremely friendly.
The swimming pool and gym are located in a mall close by (5 min walk), make sure to ask if you intend to use these facilities, the staff will provide you with a coupon.

Staff don’t speak English. Toilet is broken. Hotel is VERY noisy. Walls are thin as paper, couldn’t sleep because of the neighbors. There’s a club next to the hotel, which makes it even more noisy. Don’t recommend.
