房间隔音太差了，是在居民小区内，到处都在施工，很乱。没有休闲场所，没有健身场所，没有餐饮。不会再选择。

位于银海大世界旁边的银都花园内。小区不明显，正常的小区进出口，门口写着东海中路28号。进入小区在临海一侧。入住办理比较快。入住的临波海景房。阳光正好，屋内实木古典风。房间面积不是很大，但是还是比较温馨精致。洗手间比较小但设施还是比较齐全。洗漱用品吹风机都有。房间落地窗摆着小圆桌椅子可以看风景聊天。外面就是木栈道看着海景。屋内配有红酒及高脚杯。床的软硬度也较为合适。室内地暖，屋内很暖和。只是晚上睡觉会觉得比较热。每一楼层有一个控制温度的。另外隔音效果不是特别的好，可以听到外面走道的声音。整体体验很好。晒着太阳看着海景静静的很好！
