有些冷，什么都收费，差点感冒了。不过在周边算是非常便宜了。挨着大超市非常近，都比较方便。根据实际需要居住吧。

除了房间大，没有任何优点，脏，旧。最不可理解的是不提供香皂，有一块大的香皂，用了要2块。如果价格低到50元，心里还能平衡点

交通还算便利，里面条件一般，基本设施齐全，暖气没什么感觉。住的大床房没有电脑，自带的笔记本，有无线网。服务态度还行。

凭心而论房间倒是挺大，倒是适合出差对住宿卫生要求不高的人士。半年未到青岛，去看望女友，因宾馆近而选择，没想到卫生很差，设施很旧，换了两个房间空调旧的打不开，房间灯光很暗，我们要求退房，一个维修工类似黑社会的口气威胁到不能退！前台又改口说不知道能退多少钱，最后不得以换个所谓电脑间，床单脏的没办法，只好把另外一床被子反过来当褥子！真是坑爹啊！以后坚决不住非知名连锁！
