酒店本身很不错，距离机场非常近。就是前台个别工作人员服务水平有待提高。本来预定了返回青岛时的房间，由于班机延误，等到了宾馆被告知预定给取消了。前台服务员以无法联系为由拒绝提供房间。大半夜的，差点露宿街头！还是宾馆的大堂师傅给联系了另外的酒店，才避免了冬夜误机的难堪。给大堂师傅点赞，也踩踩态度恶劣的前台服务员！希望改进。
