位置挺好，近八大关，二浴，五四广场。
环境优雅，安静，适合一家老小住宿，对喜欢徒步的人来说比较合适。
菜价挺便宜，尤其是海鲜，生蚝（海蛎子）才10元/斤，有7个，虽然没有碳烤的好吃，但原汁原味。
房间里不潮，还有阳台，不过安全意识不好，所有的阳台都连在一起了，可轻松翻阅；卫生间稍小，只有一个淋浴，小孩洗澡不方便。
说是为了环保，所有的洗漱用品都没有，这点不方便。

住的环境还可以，接近八大关和海滨，但服务较一般，尤其属下旅行社组团去崂山一天游，行程安排先玩自费的所有项目，不参加者要白等两三个小时，真到景区已无多少时间了，非常坑人。

酒店周围环境很好，去海边很方便，酒店不靠路边，晚上也比较安静，缺点是没有牙膏，毛巾和被子也不太干净*

这次抱着忐忑的心定了这家酒店，原以为疗养院应该比较陈旧不如快捷酒店，但是来了以后发现酒店闹中取静，可以远观到海，比起海洋馆旁边的汉庭好太多*但是，不提供牙刷肥皂等*
