房间干净，设施齐全，距离青岛大学也近，原来挺满意的，就是打扫房间的大姐态度不好，原本计划不退房早上让大姐打扫了下房间，后来因故提前一天走又要退房的时候，大姐抱怨说：不是说不退房要打扫房间吗？ 所以呢？当天要退房就可以不打扫了吗？

位置不错，离海边走五六分钟就到，没有早餐，枕头非常不舒服，一楼有点儿潮湿，服务还是挺热情的，设施普通吧准三星的感觉
