距离金沙滩比较远，房间卫生不是很好，小区环境很好，步行到海边大概10分钟，小区周边有超市和餐馆。

老板服务很热情，提前帮我预留了车位，提出的要求马上就有回应，房间离沙滩只有3、400米左右，而且海水跟沙滩都不错，都不用去金沙滩，楼下早餐，饭店，超市全部都有，不用交押金，信用卡担保解冻迅速，强烈推荐自驾游跟家庭出游的，物超所值

位置：很好，在海滨大道边，离海滩很近。设施：厨房的油烟机，冰箱都没插电（可能没人用，我也没用）很味，两室一厅，适合家庭出游。服务：好不错，卫生：厕所地漏堵了，自己清的，因为是晚上就没找他。
