突然想起一个事情，老父亲特别交代，要给贵酒店的一位丁香女士写一个非常好的表扬，上个月老父亲和母亲去青岛看望战友，但是第二天突然有很重要的事情，必须赶回上海，由于当时下着雨，机票也买不上，父亲不想麻烦战友，正在特别着急的时候有一位丁香经理及时解决困难，非常的感动，她很有耐心的帮助了我们，下着大雨去给买了动车票，回来的时候衣服都湿透了，父亲母亲想要表示感谢，可是她说没关系的，只要能给我们解决问题就是她最高兴的事情，然后转身离开了酒店，表示家里还有小女儿需要照顾，由于当天父亲母亲走的很匆忙，没有等到丁香回酒店，有时间一定还会去青岛再次感谢丁香对家人的帮助，父亲说有我们军人大无私的精神，在这里我代表家人再次祝贵酒店生意兴隆，再次感谢丁香女士

实事求是说说住店经历吧。
跟以往住过的四星酒店完全不一样，洗澡间大概只有0.5平米，洗发水等只能放在地上，淋浴头出水很小，修过后仍然很小。酒店不打扫房间，理由是房间多忘记打扫……
值得称赞的是宾客关系主任迟玉香，知晓问题后，态度积极，不推诿。
