进驻酒店后真的很失望。正如网评所说。酒店旧的让人木有心情。空调开了8个多小时房间里没热乎气，洗澡水要不不热，热了也不稳定

住之前也看了一些人的评价，说是水一会儿热，一会儿冷的，入住以后还是一样没有改观，我就不明白了，我们的评价起什么作用呢？是提醒和督促酒店对不足加以改善的，为什么还不整改呢？还有就是周围正在施工，整晚的干活，吵的整晚无法入睡。

总体的感觉还是不错的。交通便利，离市政府很近，在山东路头上，房间也很安静整洁，价格实惠，就是给门卡的时候，没有给做好，到了楼上开不开门，还得跑下去重新弄，房间的电话也不太好使，给前台打电话只能听到声音，前台听不到我说话，但相对于200多元的价格还是可以的了。向大家推荐下这个。

国庆自驾去青岛在艺龙网订了这家酒点，主要离五四广场近。到了后发现停车位很少，没地方停车。酒点设施陈旧，靠近路边晚上较吵，特别是淋浴出水小，水温由冷到烫循环变化，洗澡一半时间人站在外面等温水，向前台反映也没人来解决。398元一晚性价比太差，强烈不推荐！
