酒店很满意。但是不得不吐槽艺龙，本人通过艺龙预定的是乐家轩的天际观海套房，然而当日艺龙跟乐家轩下的订单是怡景轩。入住当日发现问题多次跟客服投诉，客服刚开始让我自己补差价入住，他们理赔不超过房费的金额，多余的我自己承担。本人表示不满意继续投诉。后来主管出来承诺，安排我入住隔壁的皇冠假日，全额补偿差价。承诺差价8.30之前到达我的账户。然而等到今天都没兑现，期间多次沟通，均让我继续等待。对这种挂羊头卖狗肉的欺诈行为忍无可忍，今天下午再次沟通无果后，已将艺龙分别投诉至12315和北京消费投诉。等待法律的严惩。
