酒店装修风格比较简洁，服务态度很好，阳台安全性很好，不过大概因为开门在阳台中间位置，没有放桌椅，星光岛是环岛步道，没有沙滩可以下海，唯一的沙滩在入岛的贝壳桥那里，我们在岛上租了帆船出海，半个小时320，主要就是为小孩子开心，早餐的西点比较丰富，中餐的蛋炒饭还不错，除了出海，岛上基本上没有其他娱乐，不过酒店本身还是不错的。特别值得一提的是二楼中餐厅，口味不错，价格也比较实惠，餐饭上没有汤面，但是可以点，很适合小朋友吃。

酒店离市区有点远。整个酒店区四个酒店，一个挨着一个，听他们说除了文华硬件好一点，服务都是差不多(差)的。行政酒廊用餐，服务员居然跑过来提醒：我们这里浪费超过200克要收费的，跟外面吃自助餐一样……不知道大家听完这句还有没度假的心情？！
房间不大，号称48平，进去没有太大活动空间，所谓的顶层海景也只是个侧面。总体感觉一般般吧，还有太多的提升空间，多跟三亚酒店群学习很有必要啊。
